This method is about multiple pictures resize on Windows with Microsoft Office 2010 program. (It is old name Picture Manager)
But the Picture Manager no longer don't come on Windows 10.
If you want download, go to this link (Windows official webside) and download "Microsoft SharePoint Designer 2010"
You will select the "picture manager" during the installation.
Now if you need resize a lot of picture at the once;
1. "Select a picture" and "click right".
2. Click "Open with"
3. Select "Micrososoft Office 2010" or "Picture Manager"
4. Select "thumbnail or Multiple image view"
5. If you want resize all pictures in folder select All picture with CTRL + A .
If you want resize a few picture you will select one by one with mouse click during press on CTRL button.
6. Click "Edit Pictures" and click "Resize"
6. Select a size ;
Big Documents 1024x728
Documenct 800x 600
Web 640 x 480
or others.
If you want a special size you can select.
