The Netflix app is one of them. But the app (Netflix for tizen) can’t working sometimes. If you can’t starting Netflix app on Samsung smart tv you can try these steps;
1. Check your internet connection. For example try to other app on your tv like YouTube. If it’s playing there is no problem for internet connection.
2. Check your tv software updates. Sometimes Netflix app don’t working because of the Samsung tv have an update for Tizen os. After update try again to Netflix app. if it’s not working still continue to next step.
3. Uninstall the Netflix app and upload again. But maybe you won’t remove the Netflix app for Samsung tizen because of its a default app. Don’t worry continue to next step.
4. Turn Off the Samsung smart tv and remove the power cable from power point and put again after waited 1-2 minutes. And open the Netflix app. if it isn’t working still continue to next step.
5. And this is last chance for start it; go to tv settings and reset your tv. It will back to default status that factory settings. But it won’t forget WiFi password and will connect to same WiFi automatically.
• Make first settings and start the tv. Not required to login for Samsung account you can pass this step.
