Delete Photo Album iPhone and iPad
If you want delete your photo albums on your iPhone or iPad apply the steps.
1. Go to "Photos"
2. Tap to “Albums”
3. Tap to “See All” (at right top corner)
4. Tap to “Edit”
5. Tap to 
“Minus Symbol” that want you delete.
6. Tap to “Done”
How Can Delete Empty Albums on iPhone?
You can’t see deleting choice if you into the album inside. There is no way to delete it at there. But you can delete your albums from list of all albums
