If your Windows 10 computer started to announce everything you do, you probably opened "Narrator" by pressing windows + ctrl + enter.
To turn off or turn on the Windows 10 menu voiceover (narrator), follow the steps below;
1. Type "Settings" in the search field.
2. From the Settings Menu, enter the "Ease of Access" submenu.
3. Enter "Narrator" from the left side of the Windows 10 "Ease of Access" menu/
4. Turn off or turn on the Narrator from here.
In order to deactivate when you press the shortcut keys again, uncheck the box at the bottom.
