1. Enter Dell's Official Driver Site by CLICKING HERE .
2. Find the service tag number of your computer by opening DELL UPTADE application by typing DELL under the XPS Cover under the laptop or in the search part of your computer. (In this article, the laptop service tag number that solves the problem is written above)

3. Search for your device by typing the service tag number in the search section of the Dell official site.
4. After selecting your computer, go to the "DRIVERS & DOWNLOADS" tab as below picture.
5. Type "wifi" in the Keyword section, select your operating system from the right (windows 10 or 8) below, the current and old wifi driver installations will be updated. Click here to download the driver on the date shown below. Since the driver you downloaded is in .exe mode, install it directly as a program and restart the computer.
